This is to bring to your notice that I am highly unsatisfied with the refund process of Samsung.
Following is my problem:
I bought M33 on 4th May 2022 using Samsung App on Samsung Mobile using EMI through ICICI Debit Card.

After placing the order I cancelled the order instantly. I also received an order cancellation mail from Samsung. I have shared the cancellation receipt in my previous mail.
1st EMI got deducted on the same day. I thought the amount will be refunded as soon as samsung refunds it to my bank.
After 10 days, since I didn’t get the refund I contacted my Relationship Manager from ICICI Bank to understand the issue.
They explained me that they have not received any refund from the merchant hence account has not been credited.
On 18th May 2022, I contacted Samsung to inform them that they have not refunded the amount in my EMI account. After that Samsung sent me a mail saying that “They have initiated the refund and the amount should be credited within 8-10 days”.
Later I contacted my Relationship Manager at ICICI Bank and she said I will have to provide them “ARN Number” of the transaction made by samsung. This is the only way they can track a specific transaction.
I have been in touch with Samsung for more than a month for ARN number but unable to receive a basic proof of transaction made.
From above what I have understood is Samsung has done following two faults:
1. Not initiating the refund soon after the order was cancelled. I had to inform them to initiate the refund only after that they initiated the refund.
2. Unable to provide ARN number even after more than 30days from initiation of payment.
Till today, I have all paid three EMI's summing INR 14312.08 and still awaiting my refund.
