I bought a phone - Samsung M32 priced at INR 13749 from Samsung.com on 4th of july 2022 which was delivered to me on 8th of July 2022.
Issue with the phone - Dated 13th of July 2022 - Phone purchased on 4th and delivered on 8th started causing problems on 13th of July and we reported the same with Samsung. We were advised to take phone on service center which we did and received a D.O.A. on 14th of July.
Start of Torture and Unprofessionalism - Though we received D.O.A from Samsung there was no solution after that. We sent the same via email to Samsung but instead of solving the problem we were asked to either visit service center, collect D.O.A. again and what not. We did the same but there was no reply from Samsung. Our defective phone has been collected back by the Samsung team as well on 21st of July. And now, we dont have money, we dont have the phone and we are running here and there to get solution.
I would like to know from the official people that why even after being the customer and making payment, its me and my family has to suffer ? Why we guys have to run to service center all the time and collect the docs? It has been confirmed with the D.O.A that phone was defective and still the issue has not been resolved?
I had to tweet about it, write in customer forum, send emails, run to service center and face tons of hassles for nothing. I had never expected that a company like Samsung will do this.
