I have ordered Samsung tab A7 Lite from samsung store app on mobile on 02nd august 2022. Estimated delivery date was 4th August 2022, but it didn't shipped yet till 4th August 2022.
So I have cancelled the order and got mail from samsung regarding the refund will be credited within 7-10 business days.
Till date 25th August 2022 i didnt received my refund. Called customer support and mailed them regarding the issue but no proper response from them. Customer support people says "we have escaped the issue from our end, you will receive information within 24 hrs", but i didnt received information on the issue.
