I had purchased a Samsung refrigerator( order ID : [protected] ) through Samsung Online shop on 07.04.2022 and the payment was made through my ICICI Debit card EMI. However, Since the product delivered was defective, I had returned the item back to Samsung on 09 May 2022. I received an email from Samsung stating they had initiated the refund on May 10 2022 and it will take 7 to 10 business days to reflect on my account. However, The refund is not yet reflected in my account until now( 120 days passed )
Upon my multiple contacts [around 50 - 80 emails and over 100 calls] with Samsung online support, They are constantly sending the same statement that the refund was initiated on 10th May 2022 baselessly without any supporting information without which we are unable to proceed further and seems there is no necessary escalation in order to resolve this issue and I am still paying monthly EMI for the past 4 months [May, June, July and August].
We have been devastated with this experience and are under immense stress for the past 4 months and also unable to purchase another refrigerator all this while. Words won't be enough to relate to the amount of effort we are putting into this, We never thought it would be this complicated to purchase a refrigerator which is a common household common.
Due to this stuck up, My mother is constantly stressed and unable to rest or lead a peaceful day, Samsung and Samsung online customer support will be definitely responsible incase her health deteriorates more. Was this information helpful? |
