Samsung — Refund not issued after 2 weeks of cancellation

I ordered a pair of Samsung Buds2Pro on Aug-16-2022 and cancelled the order on the same day. However, Samsung is yet to process the refund.
I've tried to contact their customer care multiple times but they are unable to resolve the issue
