A complaint was booked at customer care No.[protected] on[protected] Engineer came on 02/01/2022 and charged Rs.3600/- Promised to send the bill on what sup. Next day we again contacted the engineer as the fault remain the same on the given number, but he did not picked the phone We contacted the customer care No.[protected] number of times but promised to send the engineer but never sent. The engineer and well as customer care persons are cheating the customers.
