Dear Sir,
I bought a samsung fridge on 22.01.2022.
From the third week of purchase itself i am facing the defrost issue (defrost not working).
The service technician came today(21.04.2022) and again said that to replace the theromostat (sensor).
This is the third sensor they are going to replace within one month.
This means that the previously used two sensors+one sensor during purchase are defected pieces.
How this is possible?
It means that the given product is a failure.
We dont want this product and we want to exchange it.
The meassage sent by the service team in the Aarapalayam Office, Madurai are not true.
