This is unbelievable. The fifth time we’ve had your technician coming over, opening the TV for a dozen of times and going back. Is my house you Samsung R&D station and my TV signed up for just that. What are you guys upto?! There are total 3 parts in a TV, which i could see when your technician opened the TV, out of which 2 are been replaced. The panel and the motherboard are been replaced, and TV is still lying dead. Every time they change a part the other part leads to a short circuit. And then they ask us for money, they ask us for a permission for replacing that part. You can find all the details related to service logs and the product in the mail trail. The panel is still in warranty.
I’m a professional and I’ll have to take this to a logical end now. A Product worth over a lakh rupees is been dismantled for a dozen of times, almost every part is been replaced and is lying dead for about a month now. Now this is a concern. Your product has a quality issue and your technicians have made it worst by opening my TV a 1000 times. I want a new TV now. And your service centre folks and call centre folks have answers for every damn concern that I make but don't have a concrete solutions to any. You can check service logs and call logs made by me. Samsung is the worst choice I’ve made so far! Please find attachments for service details and product details. The panel is still in warranty and service centre threatens need to give me a new TV because apparently they’re unable to repair the same.
