This is with reference to above mentioned subject I would to express my dissatisfaction with Samsung product & its services.
My TV has LED display issues as it is continuously getting the dark shades while watching the TV. Hence, I raised support case with SAMSUNG Electronics service center.
The engineer visited my place and he told mother board needs to be replaced and it will be costing 10 to 12k. So, we agreed the cost for mother board replacement. After checking the company website, Engineer told the company stopped the model and it can't be repaired. He said that I will be getting the refund from the company between 65-100% of the Invoice amount. He also took the screenshot of the invoice as he would like to submit to the company.
We received the first call from the company,
1. saying that they will pay 20% of invoice amount i.e., 7800/-, and
2. again i received 2nd call, saying that they will pay 12k only (in the form of samsung coupon)
3. 3rd call received, saying we can only give Rs.6630, and they are threating me as well.
I really never expected such kind of bargaining and threatings from the company. As an innocent customer and trust on the brand, by seeing their adds, i bought the Samsung TV and now they are rejecting my repair request even i am ready bare cost of failed part replacement.Also, they are threatning and saying "complain whereever you want". Now, I am realizing that i made a mistake by choosing a 3rd class brand TV as they are giving false promises by saying they will take care after the sales. Now, i am not in a position to buy a new TV as Open heart surgery was happened to me and not in a position to move from the house. I am really tired of making follow-ups with their support as there is no response. All the time, they are simply closing the SR without calling to me.
