I have ordered for Samsung S20+ cosmic black 128 gb on samsung shop online site on 08 September 2020. I have used an amex credit card with emi option to pay for the same.
The transaction was successful and the order was approved by the samsung with order Id [protected].
initially they gave me a delivery date on or before 16 sep 2020. After placing the order i have tried to track my order. But there is no change in the status. After couple of days also the status of order or shipment is displayed as approved only. I have raised a complaint ticket multiple times also but the service team and back end team of Samsung are telling me that there is huge demand for Samsung s20+ and it might get delay. I have all the emails exchange and voice records with the Samsung service team. Everytime they say that they are going to deliver my product on or before 16 sep 2020 But the final day has come but stil there is no change in the status of my order [protected]. On 17 sep 2020 I have received a call from samsung team saying that they're sorry for not delivering the product and it will delivered as soon as possible. But this time also they're not sure about the delivery date of the device.I work in Indian Navy and I have to leave for work on ship by 25 sep 2020. after the 25 sep 2020 i will not be at my home to receive the delivered product or i can use product. I requested the Samsung service team by explaining all this but still there is no response from them I have complained this on their official Twitter account. I have called the customer care every day. But still today there is no change in the status of my order or any response from the samsung service team.
I felt very bad because of this service by the samsung india even after paying that huge amount for a flagship phone.
