I have received a defective product (S pen got stuck in the slot).
Purchase date: 10th July (Invoice: 1276/22/S-865) - Samsung authorized seller.
Defect observed: 12th July.
Contacted service center: 15th July (Due to persistent rains in Hyderabad)

Executive 'Niveda.[protected]@partner.samsung.com' has been assigned to my job no.
The conversation has been very pathetic as she inappropriately accused me o[censored]sing the phone wrongly where as, the product I received is under defective stage (feels like it was already used as I can see some mark on S-pen). I was able to open the s pen but not put it back into the slot. The executive even claimed that a customer should visit service center to put the s pen back into the slot (for a new phone) which is the lamest and unjustifiable reason. I do not want my brand new phone to get repaired (as I lost trust in samsung service). I want my phone replacement accordingly as the issue has been faced with first use of s pen.
The executive was very rude and harsh and has cut the phone while asking for help.
This is not acceptable and I would reach for further help if not resolved as with high integrity I confirm that I have clearly received defective product.
