I purchased a samsung smart watch via amazon on 26th July 2021 and the product is still under warranty.
After using it for 10 months, the back panel of the smart watch came out and i took it to the samsung customer service center near by, when the service center team checked the watch, the team stated that the product was purchased over seas and it cannot be covered in warranty. but I purchased the watch from Amazon India. ( i raised the concern with amazon as well)
Later i received a call from Samsung, saying that the product cannot be covered in warranty because it has a minor scratch on the front screen. The scratch is so negligible and it looks like just a reason to not cover the warranty of the product.
Looking for some justice on the product. Kindly help
