Every time i'm facing the same issue after resolving the problem, so i can't pay the amount for the same issue. There is an issue with our samsung product. Please see the below call log of regarding customer representation:

I am working in the department of defense, india and every time it is not possible to visit the service center of the above issue. I have visited 9-10 times to our service center in the last 1 year and still i'm facing the same charging issue. Samsung provides the best product in india and i haven't found this kind of problem in my life.
