I purchased a Samsung S22 phone from Samsung official online store. The phone got delivered on 26th August, 2022 and from the moment of delivery, the phone had issues like
1. fingerprint sensor not working properly (does not work over screenguard at all)
2. Heating issues - heats in just 20 mins of basic use
3. Bluetooth does not detect many devices
4. Wifi does not detect devices
I registered a complain just a day after purchasing the phone and still Samsung refused to return/replace my phone. They requested I go to the Service center, where they kept my phone for 3 days and then said they observed no issues with the phone - when I showed the issues in front of them.
The phone cost over Rs 70, 000 and this whole deal has been a big headache for me. Samsung's pathetic customer support has just made things worse.
Since Samsung Customer support is not helping, I am hoping writing this might help in helping me get a refund for a defective product that is not even a week old. Was this information helpful? |
