Dear Sir, I have a grievance complaint against Samsung India.
I placed order for Samsung mobile F23 on 8 May and received the same on
13 May with only connecting cable in the box and Without the Adapter .
I called customer support several times and spoke to Mohit n Anuj to help send the adapter.
They said adapter was in short supply n will be delivered soon.
This is just an excuse not to send the adapter.
It is already 23 days and the mobile cannot be used unless charged.
Kindly help me to file a complaint through consumer forum to Samsung India to refund amount of Rs 1400 for the adapter.(cost in market) or refund the amount to my account so that I can buy.
Why does such a big company like Samsung India cheat people?
Please help me at your earliest.
