[Resolved]  Samsung — Samsung M30S Issue - No Proper response from Customer Request Call

Already explained More about these issue after updating my M3o s i got Restart error after 6 month they told this board problem i have complaint more than 1 times ..There is no response from Samsung Customer Care. i am go to nearby service center and told that claim id customer care side told we will forward supervisor call but they do it more than 5 time i will report . as below i forward my complaint mail.

Automatic restart issue occur after October update in samsung galaxy m30s per day it restarts about 10 to 20 times, I’m sure its because of software update, because after the update most of the users facing restart issue. I got these issue more than 6 months first time I go to service center they will say please wait for further update thought next update it will rectified . but noo….. Then the updated was released when the warranty period is completed is official update we got from Samsung members that why we go to update while you having error means why you releasing the update. i think really its cheating actual i suggest my friends and family to buy Samsung products because of its quality and brand. 1 year ago my friend bought new phone from Samsung its Samsung M30 it really working nice. after that i strongly recommended and trust the Samsung product and buy Samsung m3os its also m series . but i am really disappointed because i raise complaints via Samsung members login and communicate through whatsapp chat you guys simple saying please update and go to the nearby service center after taking these steps we are not rectified our issue while i am searching in Google i am really shocked and have bad opinion about Samsung. i have 2 separate Samsung phones and I am not using m3o s that much there is no severe software, gamming and un necessary apps. now the service center says
please change the board its cost Rs, 5500 after that my family members not to allow me to buy Samsung products. its not only in M30s its in most of the M series models sir. so many consumers complaining in the community tab, but there is no proper response from Samsung So many users getting afraid to buy Samsung mobiles after this update, after seeing the community tab..please do help on this issues to take immediate actions, so Samsung name will not be damaged by Samsung users!! .I strongly recommended you guys take action regards these. because i never expected this from Samsung now i really got disappointed and totally vexed. now i am not able to take screenshots from my mobile i have all proof when i will got these error and how many times i will contact you and complaint regarding these .please take necessary action. i trust it will be resolved in case its only option to change board means consider these is not consumers fault and make discount in PCB price, actually I am managing more than 123 mobile for our workers i have strongly recommend and faced lot of issues but always i recommend my workers’ if any fault in your device please contact authorized Samsung service center but now its really shocked what is your point now. Yesterday i went to nearby Samsung service center and cliam these issue.
