I've had my Samsung Galaxy M31s for 24 months. My phone has recently begun to freeze and then restart. This occurs so frequently that I can no longer use my phone properly. I checked some Samsung community forums and found the same problem posted by many other people there, and Samsung has yet to issue a statement on how they intend to resolve this issue. Because so many of their users are experiencing the same problem, they should investigate the matter.
It's already been 10 days and Samsung only asked me my email or phone number, which I provided almost instantly.
And even after 8 days since then, I haven't hear anything from Samsung.
This is outrageous. Are you all taking us for granted?
I won't ever be buying another Samsung phone again and advice others the same. Was this information helpful? |
