Hi Team, This is very unfair I purchased this mobile via Amazon on Aug 14th 2020 it's been 1year and 8months nearly I have been using this mobile but suddenly since last month onwards I am facing restart and hang issue while checking with Samsung customer care they are telling like motherboard issue it has to be replaced and it costs around 8300 rupees we are living a middle class life and we spent around 18k on this mobile but now again it to be work properly I need to spent again 8k we need a fair solution on this.Kindly help on this we are not having such amount to replace motherboard. We trust on Samsung that's why we preferred Samsung mobile among number of brands available in India under 20k but this experience made us sad.
