Hi.. I tried all possible ways to find solution, but the is no resolution in sight.
Gist of my issue:
I ordered M33 5g mobile via Samsung shop website & it clearly said all Icici credit cards eligible for 2000 cashback, which didn't happen. Initially your samsung support team said my card was ineligible.
After several followup's samsung mailed We regret to inform you that, we do not find any cashback details in the order.
It's clearly mentioned in the website samsung.com and not giving discount after purchase.
Later I provided samsung offer pdf to the regarding the offer then they are telling
you are not eligible to terms & conditions below mentioned:
1-Cashback offers do not apply to corporate cards.
2-The upgrade offer cannot be clubbed with a bank cashback offer.
3-Cashback/EMI schemes are provided by respective issuers at their sole discretion.
4-This cashback can be availed on one card only once a month irrespective of the product purchased.
5 If a product purchased with Bank Cashback Offer as mentioned above is cancelled/rejected, then the customer will not be eligible for the offer with the same card within 24hrs (As per Bank’s discretion) of the earlier purchase.
And I am eligible for the terms and conditions.
The biggest problem is that your customer support team doesn't even understand my problem & sweep under the carper saying my card was ineligible.
I'm attaching the offer screenshot along with invoice and order details. Would appreciate your swift resolution.
