With very high hopes I have purchased Samsung Galaxy M31F on 6th August from Amazon and received it on 7th August. I started using it and it also worked for a few days without any issues. 2 days back the mobile has gone for a toss and not working anymore with a black screen. With huge disappointment, I visited the service center and the technician has confirmed that the mobile has an arrival defect and it requires more than a month to fix the same and he is also unsure about the time of completion. Since the mobile has been identified as an arrival defect therefore I am not at all happy with this hence requesting you to refund or replace my mobile immediately.

I now lost the trust on Samsung, seems Samsung is making money by selling the defective products - I bought 2 same mobiles on the same day and both are having an arrival defect .
Now They are playing with customer emotions. I want to take this issue to the next level, I was cheated with Samsung. The Samsung service team cancelled my request without any intimation and Samsung people are ignoring my pain and making me fool with their email replies .
