[Resolved]  Samsung — Samsung mobile m31 motherboard crash within 1.5 years

I am using M31 mobile since 1.5 years. Suddenly it stopped working and automatic restart continously. When I checked in servicing center they had taken Rs.120 for inspection and they reply me the motherboard crashed. Its cost is Rs.7000. Another two servicing center I had visited and there also same reply motherboard crashed and they told maximum persons having this motherboard problem in this model. For cofirmation I had visited one servicing shop and they also told, this model having manufacturing defect and maximum persons having this problem. I have maild to samsung, they replied your warranty period has completed so u can replace this motherboard with chargeable basic. Its not possible to change motherboard within 1.5 years with Rs.7000.
So please resolve this issue.

Hi @Samsung, Yes, I faced same issue with my phone. After 1.5 year using new model . Can you reply on my email id [protected]@gmail.com. Why products launched if motherboard and charging point not sustainable.
I got bill of approx 8600 from customer support for M31 model just in 1.5 year
