Hi Samsung team,
I purchased the samsung m31s mobile handset on 5April2021 with 12 -months warranty. On 24Jun2022 onwards mobile handset restarting continuously and I am not able to open any application. After checking with samsung service center, they are asking to change the mother board and its costs 9000-/-. and I found same issue occurred 90% of M31s mobile handset users. Most of the users reported same issue after 1-year. Samsung manufactured this series of devices with defective. End of the day asking customer to change the device motherboard and asking 9000, which is unfair, if one/two users has the issue its fine and we can accept but here the issue reported for most of the users. Also many users raised the consumer complaints as well.
