I am very disappointed to write that I had a very pathetic experience with Samsung. In january 2020 I bought a samsung galaxy M30s(RZ8MC0MZT4Y(*********[protected] and just after the 10 month it had issues in motherboard, but since the mobile was under warranty, Motherboard got replaced. But again it had a software update(which released from Samsung company) and due to this my phone was restarting automatically several times and at one point of time, it just froze on Samsung M30s.
I visited the service center, they told me that due to the Software update, Motherboard got damaged. The replacement cost of the motherboard may be around Rs 3000.
Now i am asking why I should pay motherboard replacement charges
1) Samsung company only released the software update.
2) and Samsung Authorized Service center persons confirming that due to the Software update, Motherboard got damaged.
3)The service center executives are saying that after warranty Samsung is not responsible any of problem.
4) again i wrote a letter to Samsung regarding above said problem and i got call from Samsung they also telling that after warranty Samsung is not responsible for any issue if it is manufacturing problem also
5)Then who is responsible for Samsung products and Samsung indirectly saying that Samsung mobiles life one year only.
all the fault is Samsung. So Samsung should replace it free of cost.
I am very disappointed to know that this type of issue is happening with Samsung. Just Imagine within a Year 2 Motherboard replacement is not a small thing. We didn't expect these from reputed company like SAMSUNG
If Samsung really concerned about their customers kindly check into this and replace the motherboard at free of cost.
