We bought Samsung refrigerator last year. Now we went to home for 2 months and when we came back, refrigerator was not working and we called customer care support.
Technician came and told gas is finished refill is required we agreed, next day another technician came who told leakage in coil in fridger and suggested to replace, we agreed for same as well he told 3800 Approx charges and we ended up paying 4309 Rs.
While technician was here, Refrigerator starts giving loud sounds and technician (Mr. Harish) told compressor is gone now and need to change, which is under warranty, From that day no one is responding from Samsung.
