My name is neeraj chaudhry.
I bought a samsung S 20 plus(128gb) phone from flipkart in nov 2020 very 2nd day my screen was having problem lines, blur & very tiny small dot.
I called flipkart & told them to replace my phone they came to my home taken my phone & told me they will take to samsung customer care after 1 day they rejected by saying there Is no problem in screen & phone they rejected my request of replacing the phone after that phone works fine for near about 3 months.
Then after sometime in April 2021 that problem again comes.
I called samsung customer care they told me deposit ur phone in nearest samsung service centre I given a request to replace the phone as this is manufacturer fault.
I am a samsung customer from last 10 years.
Me & my family members always buy high end model but samsung customer care r treating customers as I have done a huge mistake by purchasing samsung phone.
My phone is in brand new condition screen Is not broken, it doesn't have any dent on side the back reper is also not removed fault is of company but they r not ready to hear now I am fed up & in huge trouble.
Now last month I got call from samsung customer care we will try to replace phone now it is near about 3 months days no response & I was without phone.
No response from Samsung customer care last 4 months phone is in service centre.
It is my humble request to u take this matter very seriously.i am enclosing the video, sevice centre recipient & rejection of flipkart too.
I attached video, bill, rejection mail please verify.
