I have submitted my smartphone in service centre located in jammu on 16.08.2017 having bill no-[protected]. And the engineer told me that one part needs to be replaced and charges for repair is rs 1600 so i confirm to change the specific part but after waiting for more than week yesterday i received a call from samsung engineer that motherboard is also faulty. And cost fr replacement of said part is 7000. The issue when i submitted my phone is problem with on/off button. But service centre raised new issue of mother board. My main concern is that if if the phone motherboard is defective they must have informed me earlier. Kindly look into the matter otherwise i will raise the issue with consumer court. From my phone. I am old customer of samsung but after such issue i can't be able to continue with samsung
