[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung TV

Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Damaged TV Delivered. We ordered a Samsung TV from UA50TU8000KXXL (order id: [protected]) through Samsung online portal. They have delivered a damaged product (broken display) and this was noted by their installation engineer. As per his instructions we have raised a ticket through customer care number. We have not received any support yet from the company to replace this damaged product. This is really annoying if brand like Samsung behave this way. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
