I bought a Samsung A52s mobile a month before, but it had a lot of problems, such as not charging properly, hanging when I opened the camera, and automatically turning on the loudspeaker. I asked for a refund, but they refused and told me to go to a service center, but the service center told me to restart the phone, so that was of no help to me, so I finally decided to exchange my phone within 40 days! Despite the fact that the IMEI is no longer valid! Therefore, I am unable to exchange! I filed a case on some Online portals on the 22nd Sep, almost 5 Days gone, i got around 5 Calls from customer care, but i dint get proper support! all are called and ask some basic things and then inform me like you will get the next call, and all are asking me to go to the service center again and again! why do I need to go to the service center again for the brand new mobile? is this is how the product they deliver? Seems Samsung try to cheat me on this, i can't handle this, it's too much pressure for me! Hope by this I can get some solution Was this information helpful? |
