[Resolved]  Samsung — Service Center not response properly and make huge delay for service

My Samsung mobile display was damaged on 24.05.2022. I was contact Rajapalayam service center to do service. but they told me that there is no spare part, it will take two days like that. I tried to contact them today morning (27.05.20222). they wouldn't respond. if there is no possibility to arrange spare means, they need to inform us. I make an alternate solution. But they are not responding properly. I kindly request you to make sure that they work properly without delay and with a proper response.
