I gave my phone for repair on 8th july 2019, for display and back glass damage. I was told to collect my phone next day in evening or day after tomorrow early morning. I called up next morning to know status of my phone, was told that as soon as the courier of parts arrive at their service center, they will repair my phone and give me call back to collect it. I waited for next day, didnt receive any call till afternoon. Then by noon i called service centre to know my phone status. As my phone was getting repaired they told me as soon as it gets repaired they will give me call back. I requested that my work is paralysed due to non availability of phone, so its my humble request to get it repaired as soon as possible and inform me, so that i can collect it. Still i didnt get any call till 5 pm. Than frustrated i called up again, they lady on other side gave me all lame excuse for not calling. She didnt even except her mistake or apologised for same. I scolded her for her inefficiency. Than since i was out i asked my driver to collect it for me, as couldnt reach on time to collect it myself. I did even send my application pic to verify same. But just to take revenge for scolding they refused to deliver my phone to my driver. I called up again, saying if i had lost my application form and only had pic of same, even than you wouldnt have delivered it? They kept giving same kind of lame excuses and didnt give my phone.
