[Resolved] Samsung — Service centre no any action

I have purchased Samsung 1.5 ton split AC in the month of April 2021. Till then i have experiencing problems with the AC.
My AC would have hardly worked for 4 days.I have raised a complaint with the customer care for the second time in last 3 months. I had raised the second complaint before one month and till now my complaint was not cooling

My complaint number is [protected].Iam having hard time purchasing such a non working AC. Even after raising complaints and doing so many follow ups the problem is not resolved. This is the kind of service what customers face.[protected]
