[Resolved]  Samsung — service failure

My samsung washing machine stopped suddenly. I called the customer care and engineer visited my house. He checked everything and told me that the panel board is damaged which costs nearly 6000. Nothing can be repaired without changing it. So i decided to sell that one at a very lower cost and posted an add in olx. Immediately bought an lg washing machine. One of my friends visited my house and he checked it and found the fuse has been broken. After changing the fuse it worked perfectly. And this is the 3rd time the service men of samsung told that the board has to be replaced. So the samsung being a reputed company tried to cheat me to pay 6000 for a fuse of cost 2 rupees. The service engineers have no knowledge or patience to check for the complaint. The service engineer replied me crelessly when i called him, ok now you got it repaired so carry on using that. The customer care representatives are also like that. They don't care about the customers. Being an international company they tried to cheat me.
