I have raised a service request on 9 june 2022 ; for my refrigerator which was not working, and the technician visited on 10 june 2022 ; from 10 june onwards technician visit daily and each time they try do something new, but they are not able to find out the problem why my fridge is not cooling, even when I talked to Mr Ritesh Bhatia (SUPERVISOR - JANAKPURI BRANCH, DELHI), he was just pretending to the head of samsung what he wants only he will do, he told me I am doing favour by doing your work, he doesn't know how to talk with customer. I regularly call your team minimum 5 times a day. Until today (14 june 2022) my fridge is not in working condition, and when I am calling your technician he is not picking up my phone. I have all the call recordings. Now tell me when my fridge will be in working condition, after 1 year or 2 years. Was this information helpful? |
