[Resolved]  Samsung — Shipment delivery issue

The expected delivery date was: 11th Jul 2022

It's been 20 days since Samsung did not deliver my order, they have handed it over to 3rd party agency namely Ecom express, and they assured the delivery of the shipment on 22 Jul 2022, but failed to deliver. do update no follow back nothing, worst service ever. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. wasted my precious time by making 100's of calls, emails & messages.
