Hi,
I have placed an order for a soundbar on Samsung website. The delivery was supposed to be on 30th June and till date there is no visibility on the order.
I had emailed the CEOs office, Wrote to Senior People on LinkedIn (Who did not bother to respond), Call Center (No clue why the order is delayed. One even hung up telling me that my order wont be delivered) etc.
I am supposed to travel and I am stuck due to this order. I am the only one at home to receive this product.
While all this the Soundbar price is now reduced by 4, 000 as well. This pains the customer who has not received their order but at the same time the website is trying to service new customers at a cheaper cost.
