I Puchased a samsung TV on 18.10.2020 also i have puchased extendend warrant on 18.10.2021 for this . But from 28.05.2022 my TV gives problem of dispaly issue .I have logged a service complaint regarding this having service request [protected].
service engineer near by has visited my house and told me that this may fail due to water logged . But i have not done any such type of activity .asked for photos how you have concluded that the display has failed due to water entry, beacuse 4 days before i have cleaned my TV display.
i asked the service center and they told me that you better go to big service center where you can get warranty claim.
i wrote to service head/ CEO team regarding this so many times but i won't get any solution.
After so many follow up i got a mail that you have to pay approx 28 K for repair your TV . finaly i agreed to pay but now the service center are telling me it will cost 33 K for repair.
What type of customer service is this? I do not understand.
