Unable to get solution on the Samsung hd 4k led tv issue even after 2 months under warranty period. Even after writing mail to CEO office India still saying excuses for last 2 weeks. Loosing trust on Samsung Job sheet numbers: [protected], [protected] Also poor customer support for CEO desk also . My warranty is going to expire on next week. I am behind this issue for the last 3 months. Your CEO office member arun.[protected]@partner.samsung.com has done something wrong with this issue. Atleast please let me know how many years you need and what the concern team has done for this issue? The worst costumer support ever I have is from samsung. Hope the world will get to know this soon. Now he is not at all responding. Now I am in the middle of the sea. This is how this person making samsung the worst customer experience. Is he really from samsung.he even said he is the final authority of Samsung. Is there no one in Samsung to make them to work in propper way.
