Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This letter is to complain about the extremely unsatisfactory service provided to me. I bought a Samsung AC around 2 years ago and the AC suddenly stopped working more than a month ago. Since my AC and compressor are under warranty, I took the necessary actions from my side and discovered a replacement of the compressor had to be fulfilled from your end that too, more than a month ago.
I am a resident of Connaught Place, New Delhi and the service center of this area is fooling us. There has hardly been any response from the service providers' end, all they do is extend the promised date of delivery of the compressor.
In this excruciating heat, we’ve waited for more than a month and no help has been provided. I am disappointed with the lack of interest I am receiving in regard to this issue.
I wrote this letter due to helplessness and believe that writing this letter and reaching out like this would help me resolve my issue. I eagerly await your response and necessary actions as soon as possible.
