This is with reference to the complaint number: 1694294.
Regarding the samsung product which was delivered on 24th aug’2020 which was ordered on 17th august’2020.
When i opened the box the product wasn't sealed and also the phone has third party applications like candy crush, trell, mis takatak, dailyhunt, sharechat, snapchat, amazon etc already downloaded. As soon as i switched it on, it was heating very badly.
I have been a regular customer of yours and most of them in my family use samsung mobile.
I didn't expect such faulty products from a renowned company like samsung.
I have almost called 50 times to the samsung customer care since 24th august’2020, and haven’t received any solution for the same.
Every executive of samsung customer care is giving me false promises since last 15 days and i have not received any call back or solution yet. I am highly disappointed with the services of yours as i trusted the brand and the outcome is pathetically disappointing. I will make sure nobody from family and friends uses this product.
I haven't seen this worst service by any brands yet.
It has mentally tortured me now.
I want refund for this product at the earliest.
