[Resolved]  Samsung — Warranty is a scam

I bought the samsung galaxy z fold 3 about 3 months ago and I'm already facing issues with the product. There's dead pixels on my screen. As soon as I put the phone for charging the pixels flickered and went black the next day. I showed the phone to the service centre and they refused to repair it under warranty as there's a small dent on the back of the phone. The tiny dent and the dead pixels are not even on the same level nor are they related in any way. Yet samsung is using any reason to scam customers and get more money.
