I have a samsung galaxy a70s, which is purchased last year november! Device is under warranty. Now it's charging point is not working properly (Sometimes it will work some times not!). I have visit the authorised service team (Samsung carr india, indiranagar banglore, kfc signal office, bangalore). They have taken the mobile phone inside for detail checking and comes back with problem that liquid damage not covering warranty, it's will cost you 3k+. I have told them this my premium phone. I never takes it to rain, watersports or any kind of related activities. Then the customer care executive comes up with another interesting point it's because of sanitizer. Then i asked her "then why should i buy a 30+ mobile from samsung if it's pretend sanitizer moisture (I hope nobody washing the phones with sanitizer)? I can buy some other mobile brand and comparitively cheaper! The answer was shocking samsung never insist customer to buy their products. (When i reached store they was so eager to close the deal).
Kindly consider my request and give the resolution asap.
Note: don't compremise quality with like any other chinese products except reliable cost cutting. Was this information helpful? |
