Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to you just out of sheer negligence and pathetic attitude of your Ernakulam Kerala Samsung authorised authorised service centre and customer care department. As per my experience they’re just duping the customers.
I have purchased a Samsung Z Flip 3 5G on[protected], From Oxygen The Digital Shop Kottayam. Right after 2 months there was a dot appeared on the screen and customer care replaced the screen and the service was gone quite well.
On the 5th month after the purchase while i was using the phone i found that there’s a line on the middle of the screen, First i thought it was some dust, but it was getting bigger day by day.
Again i have forced visit the customer care on[protected] just after 5 months after i bought the device.
Customer care kept the device for one day, after that they’ve told i will not get a warranty replacement. They’ve told like the complaint is occurred because i flip and open the device frequently, My primary device is Apple and this is a secondary device and i have uses it with extreme caution. There’s is not even a single small scratch on the device then how can you say that the complaint is happend because of my usage.
After that i have emailed to the samsung customer care and they’ve took almost 2 week’s to get a resolution and a few people called me multiple times and they were keep telling like a robot that my device will not get warranty because i put additional pressure in the flip mechanism. But I cannot understand how can i put pressure internally without damaging the phone externally and they don’t have answer for that. I felt insulted by the customer care dpt. they’re keep telling it’s my mistake that the phone got complaint. I have done only one mistake that is i bought this experimental device from samsung. I am being harassed financially and mentally due to no fault of mine.
Sir i had used the device for casual use and how can we use a flip device with out flipping. If you know how, pls guide me through. What I understood is the flip technology is immature and by send it to public samsung is cheating their flag ship device using customer’s.
My device hinges were intact and the device isn’t having any kind of external damages at all.
Please do the needful.
