We bought a Samsung front load model washing machine about 3 years ago, and we had few issues in the machine, we have contacted the customer care and they came for service but the customer care is saying that we should pay for the service even we have 3 years waranty for the machine, we informed about a 4C issue on May 19, 2022 your staff came and repaired and after the day we made only one wash then again machine got repaired but we have no idea what happened and again we called the customer care while still waranty period wasn't finished . We are complaining about the problem since that day but there was not any much gentle response they are just telling reasons and now they came and saw the machine and the came to the point that we have to pay Rs.7000 to repair the machine saying drum is damaged and spare need to be changed . But we had been complaining about this when we had waranty . We are so frustrated that the quality of the product is very bad and also about the careless responses from the customer care . We are not going to pay for the service as we informed about the issue when we had waranty . And we will file charge about this issue legally if we have to, but we hope it shoul not get that far .
