We purchased Samsung Washing Machine - Front Load - 8kg from Croma, Kondapur, Hyderabad. we have a problem with the water inlet pipe as the water from the tap is getting leaked/spilled. we have lodged a complaint with Croma Kondapur on 04.04.2025 i.e., Friday. The complaint no C[protected]. Even after repeated phone calls to the Croma centre on[protected] and personal visit to the Croma, till now no service personnel visited our place,
