Sanjay — Leakage of water

There is leakage of water from my neighbors house for the past 2months. It has caused damages to my house and is causing dampness everywhere. I requested my neighbor's landlord to fix the problem but he is ignoring it again and again. So I registered a F.I.R. against them. I request you to help me get rid of this problem at the earliest.
