Your service has been HORRIBLY PATHETIC. i PLACED AN ORDER ON 28TH JAN WITH THE ABOVE ORDER ID. when i track it it still says in transit for the past 6 days.
I want to know whats happening with it.
first thing is the horrible service and more over you guys dont have a decent reachable customer care number.
