Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to inform to you that we purchased “FABER BUILT IN HOB MDR 603 M TX” from M/s. Alfa on the 7th Sept 2015. After we made Granite cut in our kitchen platform we called in your technician to fix hob but when he opened the piece we found 2 major problems in it:
1) The colour of the top of the hob had faded because there was no plastic stuck on hob. 2) And the MT cord was broken.
I am attaching herewith your technician’s report dated 30th Sept 2015.
After that your technician said that it will be replaced and the other day he came to our house but instead brought another cord which was not fitting the appliance.
So this damage piece which you had sent me was not repairable and hence we made a complaint to Alfa for the replacement of the HOB and they confirmed the same. After that we have made several complaints to Faber and M/s. Alfa (Mr. Anwar) but no action has been taken so far.
Hence now if you do not want to replace the entire Hob they please refund back us the entire money. Please do the needful urgently or else we need to take actions against you.
