Sir, this is to bring to your kind notice that there are many stray dogs in my locality (cms mission compound Meerut) the dogs are very ferocious and are biting the people of the locality and the passersby. These dogs run behind the two wheeler vehicle and people fall in panic and get hurt. Many complaints had been made to the authority but no one from the authority has ever turned up.
