2 things to mention
I got confirmation message containing contact number of nagarajan, no call from his side, today i contacted him he was not aware of it, he told me he would contact me, but still i am awaiting his call.
Second, i am still awaiting invoice copy from siddiqui-[protected], he is highly irresponsive person.

I got your id from customer care person.
I hope you will ensure no more customer will suffer from the service agency who installed my ac.
My 2.5 year daughter cannot live without ac in this summer. I cannot express my rage / frustration over here. Every minute i feel her suffering.

Worst ever life experience —
Ac installation was not done properly, after rigorous follow-up service person turned-up after 5 days, he rectified it, after 4 days same problem started, now service agency who get it installed not assisting me. Morover i can show you atleast 10 calls and as many messages for invoice of payment, they are not giving. I got it installed by sansui only as per flipkart message.
His name is siddiqui-[protected]. Morever fraud being done by them - i can share once customer care person will contact me. Please understand it is chennai and i am living with small kid in my family. I am not able to run ac.

My one required if you are not concern agency for this issue and please share with concern agency.
