Sansui display is gone and you guys don't care to respond. How many times i have told you to take care and respond to the respective customers for their problems. Your company sansui is the worst service provider. You not even receive calls neither do you reply on emails. We spent 40k on this stupid thing which didn't work even for 1 year. Its display is automatically shut down. Do something or else shut your company. You have to take care of your customers.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I purchased two sansui led tv ‘s of 42 inches one in may and another one in august 2016, both are located in different flats. It has been only ten months since i purchased the tv. Suddenly there has been faults regarding the display of both tv's. A black fog/shadow appears along the bottom-corners of the screen causing a huge inconvenience.

    I have registered complaint around 4th may 2017. My customer reference no is mum[protected] and doing follow up till date. After having a conversation with one of your help centers its is due to dust. Then support engineer took both tv’s to service center (Asi-[protected], mulund, mumbai, maharashtra.) two times for same issue now white spot/lines appeasers around the screen on both tv’s. Service center manager said that "it is due to led shadow". I ask to write on email or share your email id but they have not shared email/email id.

    I have been a fond consumer of sansui products until now when i have been cheated and misguided by your company regarding the quality of the product and also the service provided by your help centers.
    Your service center closed my request but an issue is not resolved yet. I have four sms’s stating that my request is closed. I got called on 18th july from a zonal manager (Mob: [protected]) saying ”we will resolve this in next three days” today is 26 july but the issue is not resolved. I called him on mobile but it is switched off.

    Now buying sansui products seems like a very big mistake. I am highly disappointed with your services. Please see to it that you are actually taking measure-out s to fix our problems and not just make false claims. It would be highly kind of you to do something about this problem regarding my televisions and for once prove yourself to be giving worthy services at moderate costs.

      Hi, my name is anuj (Mobile no.[protected], [protected]) i have a sansui tv model-ledtvsjx24fb-2ctf. I cannot change any channels, can’t change the volume of the tv through remote where the tv remote is functioning in other tv. I have complained on mobile no. [protected] to the sansui service station jajpur town jajpur odisha (Omm guru service) on 20th june 2017. After contacting the service engineer came at 1.00 pm and repair the sensor and charged me of service charges of rs 600.00. I paid the amount. But same day evening i face the same problem. I contact the serivice engineer who repair my tv, he came after 5 days and told me that the remote is not functioning well, i have to check it and take the remote. After that i have severally contacted the service point and also the the concerned engineer having mobile no. ([protected] & [protected]) but no one is picking my calls nor attend to repair my tv. So pls do the needful and my solve my issue.

        Hi dear, my name is rahul i bought a sansui 32 inches tv on 24 april 2017 from sargam electronics janakpuri its been only two months and the display of the tv is gone now. Its not working properly at all. I tried to call customer care but customer care representative are very rude i try to explain them its only two months they gave me a number to call [protected] and [protected] and speak to sanjay who is supposed to be head but he never answered my call i am keep calling his number from last two days i called customer care again they gave me a new number to call which is [protected] ashish who is head as well but he did not even answer my call now one technician came to my place today [protected] madan he said their is a issue with a part which they have to order which will atleast 10 or more days. I trusted this company thats why i bought this tv but how come this problem can happen its only two months. Even if the problem happen they should replace this piece with a new one. I tried to tell that technician he said there is nothing we can do just wait for 10 days which kind of service you guys are providing i[censored] guys does not have parts available so why you guys are giving worst customer service like this. I want this defective tv to replaced now why i will be using a defective tv i have 2 more tv samsung and sony they never ever gave me problem like this. But why you guys are playing with customer like this. I am so pissed right now.

        Sir, I purchase a refrigerator from a local shop for 11 months ago. But it fails to operate & we tried to contact the local service centre. But they diddnt respond till the date.The warranty period will end with in one month.

            I have bought sansui led tv on 02/01/2017 from mangalam kolar road bhopal. The tv is not working since 02/07/2017, the technition said that the motherboard is not working and it will be replaced within 1-2 days, now it has been 8 days and no action has been taken.
            Please resolve my problem!!!
            I want my tv to be replaced as it is in warranty period.

              I have bought the sansui 1ton 5 star ac one month before. From the first day there were some sound coming from the ac so i complaint in the service center. After a week person came from service center and checked the ac, he showed me that there is one pipe inside the ac which is totaly bend. It was a manufacturing defect. He told me that within 1 day someone will call me and give me the solution. I waited but no response than i called again in service center and again two other guy came for checking the ac. The person was so irresponsible that he was literally treating ac very badly and he also checked and after he went ac start leaking water and cooling also went down and the ac body appear to be old. He also said same that someone will respond in 1 day again no response. Than again i called and they said again they are sending someone for checking the ac. Now i dont want them to check the ac because that has been already done two times before and service guy made the ac condition poor. Now i dont want this ac because this is all damaged by service persons and also there is manufacturing defect. I want a replacement but no one is listening. Called so many times in customer care no response. Called all the managers of service station no solution. I want solution. I want ac repaced because comapnu sold me the defected product and companie's service person also make it more worst. I dont wana use a defected product. I have paid for new one i want a new one. Otherwise i have to go to consumer court. Against the company and service station.

                Sansui harizon 2. Purchased through online. Very very very very worest battery. Touch also not good. I am feeling frustated with this phone. Using for normal calling and with in 6 hours battery will be eampty. If data activated then it will give 3 hours max. Is this mobile phone or land line? Mobile made in india but battery made in china. Shame on you sansui team.

                Hi, I am glad that you have system security patch update in September 2017. I want to know if you are working on giving us Android Oreo (Android 8) update anytime soon.
                I don't have much complaints from this device as this device works smooth and has literally almost none of serious issues except that none of my known people including me, who have this very same device are able to book an Uber cab (via its own Android application)! This is very strange since we are able to book Uber via Google maps application and that we are able to book Ola cabs via its own Android application. Please look into this (strange) problem, which shouldn't happen. Also that since this is pure Android, I would like if you'd keep your Android updates clean as well.

                  My sansui led tv 40" display has been stopped working, raised the complaint for the same on 6th june 17. Till now there's no response from service center on resolution (Product is under warranty)

                              I bought one sansui ac on october 2016 from flipkart. It hardly used for 3 months. From yesterday, it stopped working. There is no customercare number /online complain booking facility. How can i make a complain?

                              The airconditioner was installed by videocon (May be a third party). But the issue is i can not go directly to videocon. Also helpline number is not working. Think about the situation. You purchased a product and when required, you could not find a service solution.

                                  Tried to reach your mobile number twice but couldnt reach you. Anyhow spoke to one of your staff Ms.Surya & Vijayan for the past 3 days. But no action had been taken to install the AC ever after 3 days of delivery of the product.

                                  Thought of contacting you before taking further action.

                                  As promised that the installation will take place within 48hrs from the time of delivery of the product and its more than the said time and you had failed to do so. \even today i received a call about 10 am but then after they never turned back. I couldnt understand the mischief behind the cheap plays going on.

                                  Since its said by flipkart that the installation should be done by Sansui co as the warranty will lapse f done by local technician even though the sansu out sources the local technician only. i could not get it done using the local technician only for the said reason.

                                  But failing to do so had caused lots of loss to me.

                                  I would like you to respond after going through my link mails too so that i may decide what next to be done based on your action.

                                  Its about 3 days after delivering the product and you had failed to fullfill your commitement as promised.

                                  You have not only failed to reply to my mail sent today morning nor bothered to solve the issue, instead when i called you few minutes back you are bluntly lying that you had not received any mail. None of the mails sent you you or to others got bounced, so now stop fooling further and act immediately to avoid further loss and damages or else i will be compelled to install the product using local technician and yourself and SANSUI Co will be sole responsible for any LOSS / DAMAGES.

                                  Failing to react will further lead to unnecessary or unwanted actions and you will have to repay all the damages caused due to your negliegence.

                                  I already told you that the only reason for purchasing the AC is for my OLD Parents who are not able to withstand the HEAT over here in chennai and even after making so many calls you never bothered to get it installed instead your OUT SOURCED LOCAL TECHNICIANS are demanding heavy installation charges which is higher than the market rate and more over they are asking us to arrange for an LADDER which is not at all acceptable.
                                  Failing to act fast will lead to legal action as i ssaid earlier.

                                  Either get the AC installed immediately with Sansui`s authorised technician and not Local out sourced technician who should bring all the tools and ladder and should no way bother us or else APPROVE by sending an conformation mail that we can get it installed using the well trained technician over here.

                                  This is regarding my order dated 17th of may 2017 reg. Sansui 1 ton AC which was delivered on 22nd around 7.30p.m.

                                  As assured by flipkart that the same will be installed within 48 hours of delivery and there was different statements by the Sansui CC about installation charges which was not informed at the time of placing the order.

                                  But after delivering the product i was asked to pay 1500/- for installation which was very shocking as the installation charges throughout chennai is around 1000/- rs.

                                  When i questioned about it with the Sansi CC they said its Rs.500/- pus S.T then after the technician called me and said i need to pay 1500/- plus tax.

                                  Its really Looting the customers in the name of Brand.

                                  Yesterday nearly about three technicians called me from three different locations stating that they will be attending for installation. One from Pallavaram who assured he will reach my place by 1 PM and one from vadapalani and Madhavaam. THe first one said he will bring the ladder along with him and install the ac.

                                  the last one called me around 3 PM and asked me to arrange for an Ladder which was not only shocking but also funny.

                                  Because after paying heavy installation charges of Rs.1500/- plus tax where as the local guys charges around 1000/-.

                                  And more over all the thre of them told that they had been outsourced by the Sansui service centre and they are not an authorised person. they will be paid per installation.

                                  If that it so, then why should i pay heavy installation charges for a unauthorised guy who come using Sansu`s name? If that is so i can get the work done within a hour just by paying Rs.1000/- who will bring all the tools, Ladder, white cement etc.

                                  You people are trying to make out money from this just fooling the customers.

                                  If we had purchased the same star rating product in the local market say at Vasanth & Co or any reputed outlet they will not only offer free stablizer but also free installation within 24 hrs with best deal.

                                  But you people had not only had given false commitment but also had wasted my time and caused loss / Damages i had missed the offer with Amazon who offers better deal and are customer friendly too.

                                  And today it was further shocking when one of the executive form Flipkart named Kadhar was singing the same tune when i complained about the technician asking me to arrange for an ladder. When i called the Sansui CC (Sushma) they asked me to call later. The technician who called me today morning was not only rude but was blackmailing me that he will cancel the installation order if i cant arrange for an Ladder.

                                  What type of behaviour is this? Is the Flipkart just in the mode of making money and not customer friendly?

                                  I want to inform that that never under estimate all your customers as all of them are not same and i dont bother to fight legally inorder to get proper justice along with the damages and loss caused to me by you.

                                  I already requested you that ther only reason for purchasing the ac is for the sake of my OLD Parents who are not able to bear the heat over hre in chennai.

                                  But due to your negligence and greediness we are put into troubles fighting for the installation process and heavy charges.

                                  Remember that you will have to bear all the LOSS & DAMAGES AS you have not only caused it but still continuing it.

                                    Unable to lodge complain due to your faulty toll free nos. and service centre nos.When the company is not having a valid toll free no or service centre no then where to lodge the complain. Toll free no [protected] is not in operation.Dear sir I have purchased one ac dtd 21/02/2016 vide invoice no del_noi_01l[protected] ID OD[protected] WID VM 39526 . The ac is giving regular trouble. Problem is gas leakage. One time it was taken care of by your service engineer. Now again the same problem. If the problem is not solved permanently then the ac is having manufacturing defect. Hope that u all r reliable and shall take care without any cost. Free of charge. My mob [protected].

                                      I have taken 2 ac of sansui brand and i had given complaint against service dept that these ppl are not doing service that too i have called for more than 1 month. After that some technician came and did something and told service done from that day water leakage issue is there and water is leaking in stabilizer. I tried to call everyone. And given complaint . Nagabhushan from sansui customer care was speaking rudely and now he is not sending the person to solve the issue. Daily these ppl are telling we will solve the issue by tomorrow. Tomorrow is never coming.
                                      I will call you ppl to consumer court if this issue wnt solve by today evening.

                                        Ac installation was not done properly, after rigorous follow-up service person turned-up after 5 days, he rectified it, after 4 days same problem started, now service agency who get it installed not assisting me.                                         It is customer only who initiates follow-up from his side only to get false commitment - waiting throughout day for the service person to come and getting reply that we will come some other day. Now after 2-3 days no response from service person also.

                                        You people are blind to the severity of customer problem.

                                        You can track back how much and for how long myself and my family has suffered because of this nonsense.

                                        You are blot in the name of customer service. People like you deserve severe penalty from consumer forum and Govt.
