Last year i bought sansui split ac for my home (Kovilpatti, thoothukudi dist tamilnadu). Last month ac got repaired. I have called sansui customer​ care and registered my complaint. The phone attendant said that he will send technician in 48 hours but nobody came even after 48 hours. So i called again and he said he will put a reminder for my complaint and assured that technician will come to my home in next day morning. But he didn't turned up. So i had to call them again today and they gave me one senior contact number and this senior person told me that he will send technician tomorrow... Such a horrible experience i have ever had with any consumer products company..

Let's see how it goes tomorrow.

    I bought the sansui phone on 20-3-17 and soon after a month the phones display vanished and some speaker problem came in..

    When i went to the authoried survice centre and submitted the phone on 29/04/17 they took the phone and didn't tell me that under warranty they will be charging some money. When i went there to take the phone the service center person charged rs250/- from me unnecessarily.

    After the repair work the auto call recorder isnt working and the same problem persists.. Hate #sansuiindia

    Being a social media marketer gonna screw them on social media if they dont replace my phone within a week.

      Sir, it was about yesterday we were watching tv and suddenly it got cracked from inside. It was not at all hit by anything. When we took TV to sansui service center they refused to repair and called it an external damage. It does not have any crack or scratch from outside . I searched in internet and this inernal crack happens due to heat or the thermal expansion contraction during on/ off the TV .We were just watching and just closed for one hour. When we switched it on, we saw vertical and horizontal lines coming on the TV. The display panel has gone and sansui has told us that they will replace it at cost of 25000 INR . While the Tv itlself cost 410000 INR how can we give this huge amount when nothing has been done from our side. What to do in such case

      I had purchased a sansui slim TV in May 2011 from Raj Electronics, janpath, Bhubaneswar(invoice no-RI(CR)1524.And now there is problem in the picture tube and needs to be replaced as the mechanic says.
      But the picture tube of the model(SDS21SBD) is not available.How could I be able to watch TV?

        I have a sansui AC which is in warranty. Its not working for the past 3 days.
        I called the customer care center and registered the complaint. But there is no response from any.
        All the technicians are saying the compaint is not allocated to them. Its been more than 48 hours since the compaint is raised. Customer service team is creating new tickets most of the time.

          I have received call of fm associate lucknow they were charging 1100 for house visit.. It is pathetic.. Why should i pay such chage under warrenty period when dated 28.04.2017 i reached at service centre with my vehicle but there is no electricity and no power back up to check tv.. They keep my tv and casualy keep the device. Not mentioned properly in receipt.. I am doubtful that they are authentic or not and still they have not checked. Pl communicate as per regulation...

            Hello sir, this is Aishwarya from Delhi. I ordered a mobile for my mother earlier this month, Sansui WF79000 through Flipkart. It got delivered on 7th April. Last week, its screen got whitened out. I searched for Sansui customer centres on web, and found Godsons Enterprises in Karol Bagh. Charger was also creating problem, it was not charging properly. I went and submitted mobile on Monday. They said its display will have to be changed, and it will take minimum one-one and a half month! One month to change display! This is huge. We have got many mobiles serviced in the past, but it has never taken more than 3-4 days to change display. They said company's service is slow. I don't understand how slow is it. Is there any direction from company to get such a complaint resolved in some minimum number of days? Or aren't they supposed to dispose off a complaint in atleast a week or maximum 10 days!? If it is from company's side, why should I not take a step against you? We bought mobile for Jio; now how are we going to use net and free calling? How are we going to make use of Jio's Summer Special Offer which is valid for just 3 months, when we are losing 1-1.5 months in repair itself!
            The mobile and charger are still with the shop. Please look into the matter and resolve it asap. Perception of a company matters a lot and it is made by word-of-mouth publicity only!

              My AC is under warranty which i purchased through FlipKart. Ac is making very loud and intolerable noise.
              I tried to contact for service by sending sms to 53030 multiple times but no response. I got a call once from a number but no communication is made may be due to network. I tried calling back but it was only outgoing number.
              Than i tried to figure out more communication ways on there site but haven't found any contact details.

              AC is still a problem.

                Dear sir i have purchased a sansui 50 inch smart led tv in november 2016. But suddenly it stopped working in march 2017 your representative visited and told us some part of it has got damaged in it and it is not reparable so the company will change the tv and give you new led tv. But since now till i'm writing this to you no action has been taken by your side every time i call they give me a new excuses and extended time to change now i'm fed up with your service and thinking of that i have wasted my 60000 rupees in a worst company product. Plz look into the matter. I will wait for the response by your side.

                  I have bought my refregarator before last 3 months. I have bill only. Since there were no warranty documents, i thought the bill will be the warranty proof. So now the concern is when switching my refregarator ita getting on, power is coming the machine properly but it's not cooling. I have found that i can lodge a complaint since it has warranty. Please take it seriously and help my on repairing my refregarator.

                    I bought Sansui Air Conditioner 1 Ton 5 Star (Model-SSZ35)from Flipkart..It worked 1 year well but the problem has started now..It doesnt cool my room even at 16`..Sansui Official webaite also doesnt show option for Sansui Ac Service...I just serviced it before a month...But i finally found that we should never buy such product...Third Class Services and No Reply from Service Centres..I Would Never buy anything from Sansui...

                      My tv (Led ledtv smc40hb21ckf) suddenly stop, and its in 3 year warranty period.
                      When i call to customer care he told me that rs1265 is our service charge to come your home, i don't understand then what is the meaning of 3 year warranty. Sansui is cheated on the ground of warranty period.

                      Its my request to sansui india, pls rectify my issue on urgent basis without any cost.

                      Dear sir ye mera cell change nahi kar rahe mane phone liya tha march 2016 ko.
                      usme sim ki problem thi.inse thik bhi nhi hua aur inhone mujhe do letter bhi diya ki aapko new cell milega lakin abhi tak nahi diya warranty bhi neekal gayi.

                        Hallo sir... hmne sansui 55 inch ka tv liya tha...tab demo dikhne k liye sansui company se demo dikhne aaye the tab unhonr kha aaj demo dekha rha hu jab fit karna hain tab vapas request bej dena varna mera numbar lelo aap call karna main aa javunga... or kharcha pani k rs. Bhi manga or hamne 100 rs bhi diye..jab ham call request likhaya to ab bol rha hain ki sir 4 month ho gye hain.. ab fit ka charge dena padega.. aap log ese juth bolke RS. Kamate ho... i m government officer ... ese karke kitne logo ko ullu banaya hoga... muje cort main jana hoga to main javunga..

                          I purchased LED TV few months back, from very next month Tv got picture display problem,
                          When we raised a complaint on 08/03/2017-BAN[protected], Service engineer had come and told me TV need a software update & went back since he don't have software in handy.
                          When we called next day he told it is Panel issue & which needs to be replaced.

                          So I waited for 1 week & called, they said panel yet to come. tried calling again & again(more than 200 calls & more than 10 numbers called) but no update yet even now. It's been close to 55 days TV is not working & we are blindly paying channel subscribe cost.

                          When i raised a escalation & asking for a new TV..they are saying it is not possible, When i ask for new TV by tomorrow saying we will check & update. When we ask for money which we lost for these two months & with out having TV..they are saying will update on it.

                          Worst TV & Worst Service. Fnds Never ever by Any Sansui products.

                          We are still looking for an update. Hope they will give an update by end of next year. :(

                            This is Subodh Trivedi from Surat, Gujarat. We purchased full HD LED TV of Sansui in Feb 2015 which is still in Warrenty. All of sudden we found black spot on half left of TV screen so we raised complain and first the service person came and took TV to his service center and replace something and took 2700 for that and came with solution but only after 3 days that spot came again so we approached the south Gujarat manager and he came with two technical company person again and try to solve the prob bit failed and so they assure that ur TV need to be replaced and because it's in Warrenty there will be no issue and it's already 20 days but there is no word from there so what to do ? Our Led model no is
                            LEDTVSKQ48FH-ZFA and was purchased from Aditya Visiom, Adajan, Surat.

                              I purchased LED TV 4K Smart of sansui model No.UHDTVSNA50QXO2SA and Sr.No.[protected] on dated 27.10.2016, from very next month Tv got picture display problem, service engineer had come and repaired tv for this he took 10 days for TV repairing, after repairing of picture display very next day the Tv got same problem again, again service engineer had came and same procedure is going till date, its a mentally harassment of consumer, how can within four month tv got 5 times picture display problem.request you to kindly replace the TV as faulty product sale to me

                                Hi Team, My Name is Uday, I purchased SANSUI 40'' LED TV on 28-06-16 & from[protected] it's not working.
                                I raised a complaint (HYD[protected]) on[protected] & the same day technician came and told that MOTHER BOARD need to be replaced and it will take 2 days.

                                Contacted Sansui Customer Care and they told part is pending.

                                The worst part is the Customer Care Person he won't listen what customer saying he will say what he want.

                                Sent emails to Customer Care and received response from Customer Care that they are trying to rectify my issue for further assistance contact Rajesh Sangram ([protected]). I called him on[protected] & He asked me to give me 1 more day to rectify my issue. Today[protected] I tried to contact him but getting cell switched off.

                                Today it is 11th day but issue is not resolved.

                                Try to rectify my issue as soon as possible.

                                  I purchased a split AC (Model No. A/C SSZ55.WS1-MDA), on April 06, 2016 from Flipkart, bill copy is attached herewith. But in my online Sansui account (the URL is https://vgservice.co.in/AMCOnline/Dashboard.aspx?ContactNo=[protected]) the Date of Purchase (DOP) shown is Nov 22, 2015.
                                  I have requested several times to the customer care through call and via email but still the issue is pending.
                                  Kindly instruct the Sansui company to correct the date of purchase as soon as possible so that I could purchase the AMC on time (before April 6, 2017).

                                  Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action.

                                    Problem starts on first day itself.
                                    Basic function of mobile phone is calling function.
                                    That itself not working in this phone.
                                    When we make a call, voice of opposite person speaking to is not clear (not even a single sound)
                                    Then after one or two minutes call automatically ended.
                                    The first product that i have brought from you is like this means then how do i continue your product or how do i suggest to my friends.

                                      My washing Purchased on 28th Dec 16 is not working, all the nos of the Customer Care & Toll free and Phone no not working were 2 contact the team for service .
